Would stay here again! Positive: Great location, being near the Ballhooter lift. Clean and well furnished apartment. Two AC units was a great feature to have, as well as the full kitchen. Host was very nice and responsive. Negative: Lodge was under construction during stay, with less than desirable conditions throughout, however the apartment itself was still great. Unfortunately, the internet in the apartment was barely usable during my stay (<1mbps) - host made best effort to accommodate, and hopefully this was a fluke.

It is hard to find the check in so it is best to do that during the day. The front desk at Mountain Lodge is not very receptive to concerns. The room was as good as they could do with the limited space and the older Mountain Lodge building. The shower curtains were mildewey and needed changed but everything else was in good condition. Snowshoe mountain is a great resort and Mountain Lodge is right in the middle of everything so it is a great location. There are plenty of things for the kids to do there as well with the arcade and indoor playground.

The location was perfect for our ski getaway. The lifts were right outside the doors and the village was right there too.

Love the location and the updates. The only issue was the master bath could not keep hot water. It kept going cold and hot and so we all had to use the other bathroom for the shower. Not a big deal, otherwise great unit.

Overall it’s nice and clean, except there’s some weird smell in the unit.
